The Following Are Rules Governing Requesting For Refunds And Cancellation Of Services.

Because creating and designing an ecommerce website involves purchasing a hosting services, a domain name and email services from third party, If the hosting services or domain name is purchase already and the creation of the website has not commence yet, the money will be deducted from the payment you made while making purchase and the domain name, hosting or email services will be awarded to you. 

If the website is created already and tested to be working well, there will be no refunds because of the elements, assets, license purchase and use in building the website.

We deliver exactly the website you preview before purchase, no extra feature will be added during customizations. 

For Services like uploading products for you, your brand or your company, We can only do refunds if our services has not been carried out but in situations where at least five (5) of your products is uploaded already, there will be no refunds.

For consultation services, we will only do refunds if you were not present for the meeting at the schedule date, however, requesting for a reschedule can be granted if the consultation services package matches with the amount pay.
However, if you are sure of your unavailability on the time and date scheduled, we advise you inform us on time either by phone, WhatsApp message or by email.

However, for meeting that has already started for 5mins, there will be no refunds if individual, group attending the meeting decide to opt out for any reason.
